Field of activity

Eurex Securities Transactions Services GmbH develops service offerings for market participants improving and optimizing settlement services particularly regarding new, revised or increased, regulatory standards. This particularly includes mandatory buy-ins for not settled securities transactions after a predetermined time elapsed following the intended settlement day. As part of our service offering we will purchase securities and deliver directly and immediately to the receiving party. As such the team will be engaged in the market on a daily-basis in highly standardized auctions.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admission process for new Buy-in Agent clients and network partner
  • Manage the KYC and AML documentation and other compliance relevant processes for new clients
  • Support and consult new clients concerning services, options, forms and client static data
  • Setup and maintenance of client static data
  • Continuous improvement of the admission processes
  • Work closely with the operational and sales teams

 Qualifications/required skills

  • Higher education degree in a financial discipline
  • Good analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Some practice in the application of process analysis and improvement methods
  • Innovative thinker with the ability and enthusiasm to explore revenue enhancing business ideas
  • Team spirit in a multicultural and cross-locational environment
  • Genuine ability to learn and pick-up new topics and to leave the comfort-zone
  • High commitment and motivation, take on responsibility, creativity and the ability to work independently as well as the ability to work flexibly in a team environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
