Profil
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation, digitalization, or software implementation projects
- Strong background in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis
- Experience creating and refining User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test scenarios
- Ability to define, track, and validate KPIs and business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
