The Role Responsibilities The Client Manager will support the Senior Bankers on an aligned client portfolio of Financial Institutions (e.g. Banks, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers, Fintechs) based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and CEE,
In his / her role, the Client Manager proactively manages - in close cooperation with the Senior Bankers - selective client accounts on all day to day maintenance activities to ensure the highest level of client service and the fulfilment of all internal governance requirements.
The responsibilities include, e.g.:
Proactive assistance to Senior Banker with transactional support on new business origination activities i.e research, pitch books, briefing memos, onboarding of new clients, etc; including the close coordination with SCB colleagues internationally. Assistance will also include direct client interaction. Support Senior Bankers on all regular business discipline requirements i.e. client account planning process (budgeting), pipeline maintenance, preparation of business development overview for Senior Management Support Senior Bankers in managing the business credit risk in close cooperation with Credit Analyst and Risk teams as well as Product Partners in Financial Markets and Transaction Banking. The tasks include e.g. the regular credit review, monitoring of credit events, application for new credit lines should there be a business requirement. Support Senior Banker in managing the business AML risk in close cooperation with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Due Diligence Advisory and Middle Office teams. The tasks include e.g. all duties around the regular KYC process, payment transaction analysis & review, preparation of FCC site visits. Support Senior Management on strategic projects

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor / Master degree in Banking or Finance preferred. Proven experience in banking or other relevant environment First experience in one of our key product areas (e.g. Transaction Banking or Financial Markets) First experience with governance (KYC requirements) and credit related topics Languages: German and English; other langue skills are a plus
