Successfully established private credit investor is looking to add an Analyst/Associate to their team.
Our client, a significantly capitalized privately-owned and institutionally focused investment firm specializing in public and private corporate credit, is looking to expand their team. They launched their first private debt funds in 2014 and raised their first pan-European debt fund a couple years later. With initial focus on country specific investment vehicles within Europe, our client invests in growing businesses in the mid and lower-mid market as well as in sponsor and sponsor-less transactions, and their cheque sizes range between ₠15-50m. You will be one of the few junior people in the team supporting on all aspects of the deal cycle, focusing mainly on originating and executing investments within the Nordic region. The role will most likely be based in the London, Frankfurt or Zurich office.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Involvement in all aspects of a transaction
- Close work with the co-head of the fund and focus predominantly on originating and executing investments in the Nordics
- Participation in work across the other offices, including the DACH team on the Benelux region
YOUR PROFILE: - Experience in the M&A, leveraged finance or debt advisory space
- Strong educational background
- Exceptional modelling and analytical skills
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) and team player
- Native level Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish as well as fluent English are essential for this role
