Instead of producing assets individually, we design scalable systems that enable organizations and their production partners to generate thousands of images or videos from a single, centralized digital product representation and AI.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Dev Lead who can architect and implement the technical foundations of next-generation CGI- and AI-based content production systems.

Your mission

As Creative Technologist, you will operate between creative direction, CGI production, AI innovation, and technology development. You are equally comfortable discussing creative concepts with clients, designing production workflows with CGI teams, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and collaborating with developers on production platforms. Your mission is to explore, prototype, validate, and implement new creative production models that combine Digital Twins, CGI, AI, and automation into scalable production systems.You will work closely with our Dev Lead and AI Lead to shape the content production ecosystems of the future.

Your daily work

• Design the Future of Content Production. Develop innovative workflows that combine CGI, Digital Twins, Generative AI, and automation. Explore how emerging technologies can create new creative possibilities and production efficiencies and identify opportunities where technology can unlock new creative value for clients.
• Prototype New Creative Workflows. Rapidly build and test proof-of-concepts and production prototypes and validate concepts through hands-on exploration and iterative development.
• Lead Creative Technology Projects. Lead projects focused on designing and implementing new content production pipelines, translate client objectives into scalable creative production solutions and act as the creative lead during transformation and innovation projects.
• Bridge Creative & Technical Teams. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, CGI Artists, Developers, AI Specialists, and Client Stakeholders and help teams to adopt new workflows and technologies successfully.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership. Stay at the forefront of CGI, AI, Digital Twins, Real-Time Rendering, and emerging creative technologies and help to define our long-term innovation roadmap.

Who you are

• Significant experience in CGI, 3D content creation, or digital production environment with a strong creative background as a CGI Supervisor, Creative Director, Art Director, Technical Art Director, Innovation Director, Creative Technology Lead.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, design, and creative production workflows.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Experience developing or implementing new production methodologies.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects involving creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience in several of the following: CGI Production Pipelines, Product Visualization, Digital Twins, 3ds Max, Maya, V Ray, Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Real-Time Rendering, Content Production Workflows.
• Experience in AI & Emerging Technology such as Generative Image Models, Multimodal AI, Synthetic Content Generation, Rapid Prototyping Tools.
