Market Valuation and Risk Management (MVRM) Technology.
MVRM systems enable the bank's Risk functions and trading businesses to calculate, generate, analyse and report on DB's major risk and capital metrics to our regulators.
Our strategic platform - RiskFinder - is a complete solution for Risk and Capital Metric Management, consisting of a scalable full-revaluation calculation engine with 50k cores, a multi petabyte-scale Big Data analytics platform, and low-latency in-memory distributed grid reporting technologies.
The platform is used by multiple domains/clients and demand is forecasted to grow significantly in next 5 years.
Our technology stack includes Java, PostgreSQL OracleDB, Redis, Python, Scala, and Spark plus other off-the-shelf products integrated into one platform.
You will be part of an empowered feature team delivering a common platform, connected with expert users and business sponsors, working within a fast-paced, global and transparent culture driving migration of our platform to Google Cloud.

Your key responsibilities - Design and develop new functionality in Java.
- Work with the business, architects, and product owners on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Investigate and fix production incidents, drive stability and monitoring improvements.
- Co-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality
- Design and implement subsystems and intersystem protocols, contribute to the longer-term platform architectural vision.
Your skills and experiences - Strong background in Java server-side development.
- Experience in microservices architecture patterns and Domain driven design concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), good knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with modern SDLC tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity is a plus.
- Experience with multi-threaded applications and development in Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent) is a plus.
