We provide securitisation as a service, transforming loans into bonds on a 1 loan:1 bond basis. Our innovative securitisation setup allows investors to build diversified portfolios of loans (via bonds) at a pan-European level, while enjoying greater risk transparency. Your role & responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Manager for CrossLend, you will serve as a key figure in the Business Development team as you will be in charge of onboarding new clients and will oversee the entire sales cycle alongside a member of the Sales team
  • You will be expected to translate business needs into operational and technical processes, commercial terms as well as legal documentation
  • You will be in charge of managing the timeline of the respective originator integrations
  • You will be in charge of coordinating due diligences on loan originators
  • You will coordinate with key internal stakeholders such as our Sales, Legal, Analytics and IT teams in order to allow smooth onboardings for our clients 
  • The role comes with project management expectations and you will get the chance to shape a standardized client onboarding process that is fit for scaling CrossLend business 
  • You will be reporting to our Head of Business Development

Our ideal match

  • You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a bank/financial service as a Business Development Manager 
  • Ideally you have a degree in Law/Business 
  • You are fully fluent, both written and verbal in English and any additional language is a plus
  • You have a proven affinity for the FinTech industry
  • You have a profound knowledge of banking and the capital markets
  • You demonstrate excellent project management skills from previous work experience
  • You are in a position to find solutions for complex tasks and processes and to express pragmatic recommendation for action 
  • You master an analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills internally within the company and externally with our clients 
  • You will work with our project management system and our internal CRM
  • You work with diligence and are a strong team player
