Test Manager (m/f/x)Division Payment & Risk
Your Duties - Define the test process and strategy for the related part of the organization down to a specific project; together with the Quality Engineer, Test Architect and the Project Manager and ensure it is applied in the whole division
- Support the Business Analyst/ Product Manager in defining the acceptance criteria for the solution/ product
- Create a test plan (including test scenarios, test cases and the schedule) as well as monitor and report (progress, risk, issues, dependencies) on its execution
- Support the planning, deploying and managing of the testing effort for any given engagement in the QA environment
- Ensure visibility and traceability of the testing process to deliver high-quality software
- Contribute to the improvement of all testing related activities based e.g. on efficient metrics and measurements
Your Profile - Several years of experience as Test Manager (m/f/x), ideally in the payments industry
- Ability to grasp complex dependencies between systems, quick understanding of complex processes, analytical skills
- Ability to coach other Quality Engineers, coordinate teams, manage conflicts in a global and virtual environment
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Ready API, Jmeter, Postman) and test management tools (JIRA Zephyr, HP ALM)
- Basic Java and SQL knowledge is desirable
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
