About the Role
This newly created role will have full responsiblity and oversight for our eCommerce Solutions in France.
You will be primarily responsible for providing technical API integration, certification and assistance to merchants and partners involving various systems and integration methods.
What you will do
- Provide second and third level support to internal and external customers
- Coordinate and manage with technical and operations personnel to organize, schedule, and oversee partner testing and go-live launches
- Customize certification scripts and maintain technical documentation
- Aid in Project management and business analysis functions for processing enhancements and regulatory compliance mandates
- Perform processing data analysis using SQL querying and other methods for key customers to recommend enhancements to help improve approval ratings
- Provide technical sales support
Who you are
- An eCommerce professional with experience in planning and managing projects across multiple systems and teams
- A professional with experience in Merchant Payment Processing and gateway/payment service industry
- A communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
What you will need
- Knowledge in (PSP) operations
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI:DSS) compliance desireable
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, specifically JSON, REST API, PHP, XML
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 a plus
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, with focus on writing complex queries and general understanding of stored procedures
- General understanding of network protocols (TCP, HTTP, TLS, FTP, SFTP) and encryption methodologies
- Proven critical thinking and analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to effectively perform root cause analysis of issues and report the outcome to Operations and Management
- Ability to work well as a member across diverse teams in various countries and time zones
