The Time tribe

The Time tribe is composed of two cross-functional teams, that focus on bringing the best value to customers on experiences like Leaves & Absences, Time Tracking and Projects Monitoring.
We are striving to become a revenue generator for Payfit and attract new customers.
We work in a multi-cultural environment and are committed to diversifying our team by hiring people who are different from us.
If you join the Time tribe, you'll work in a cross-functional team, who has a strong interest in users, and a bias for continuous improvement. With us you'll embrace the DevOps "You build it, you run it" principle from the get go.

Your Mission

As a Team Lead you'll be part of the Tri-force of your team, your mission will be to::

- Partner with your product, design and engineers team members when making product oriented decisions.
- Guide your team to overcome technical challenges.
- Help your team focus their effort on what matters in a timely manner.
- Adapt your communication to ensure the success of your team's initiatives, and provide visibility on them.
- Drive your team towards better engineering standards in a progressive and continuous way.
- Provide your team with a safe working environment in which they can thrive.
- Drive the career of your engineers and support them in their growth
- Regularly seek feedback from your team members and share yours with them.

Hiring Process

Interviewing is a two way street, we'll try to it as short as possible, yet give you the chance to meet with a large amount of people.

- Round 1: First interview with one of our Tech Recruiter.
- Round 2: 3 interviews (1h each), interview with the hiring manager, a case study, pairing session with your future Tri-force peers (Product - Manager and Product Designer).
- Round 3: 2 interviews (30 minutes each), on the first you'll meet with your future team members, on the second you'll meet with the tribe's director of engineering.
