Reporting into the Head of Multinational Coverage Continental Europe, he/she will be responsible to drive the commercial agenda of a defined portfolio of inbound clients in Europe providing a single point of contact
§ Lead the commercial activity for the assigned portfolio of clients, acting as regional contact for global multinational names in CE covering all product requirements with a strong focus on Cash and Liquidity Management, Trade and Working Capital Solutions and FX. Over time build strong relationships with European RTC when based in CE for the assigned portfolio of clients
§ Develop and deliver an integrated value proposition for the assigned portfolio of inbound clients across all European countries (value proposition should include UK and Iberia product capabilities), moving from a country-based delivery to a regional delivery of our value proposition; Work towards improving current global client experience and implement consistent pricing, KYC and documentation / legal processes
§ Understand MNC wallet for the assigned portfolio of clients in Europe and client’s internal Corporate policies.
§ Act as 1LOD (including acting as primary responsible for KYC in Europe); Onboard TC in Europe (when based in CE) for the assigned portfolio of clients and ensure the rating properly reflect the credit risk; Liaise with GAOs and CE Risk team to approve appropriate credit limits for MNC inbound business; Maintain strong credit profile of portfolio
§ Develop business plans and prioritise commercial agenda for the assigned portfolio of clients based on potential and feasibility
§ Coordinate execution of the product delivery across all relevant countries, including UK and Iberia when relevant for the assigned portfolio of clients
§ Feedback client requirements into CE product teams to ensure CE product offering is well suited for our client needs
§ Develop the intra-European x-border business for the assigned portfolio of clients
