Bank ABC is looking for an experienced Head of Regulatory Reporting to join its new subsidiary bank in Paris. Working with the Senior Management team in Paris and London in relation to prudential reporting.

Bank ABC offers trade and commodity finance, project, export and structured finance, treasury services and commercial real estate lending. We aim to attract, recruit and retain the best talent to make a positive contribution to the continued success of Bank ABC.

Bank ABC is establishing a new subsidiary Bank in Paris, with new branches in Frankfurt and Milan. The development of the new subsidiary from the current branch in Paris, has created a new Head of Regulatory Reporting role. The new bank will be a subsidiary of ABC International Bank in London.

This position will work in conjunction with the Senior Management team in Paris and the London Prudential team in relation to completing prudential reporting to the ACPR and EBA including; COREP, FINREP and SURFI with full production on a quarterly basis including capital, large exposure, NSFR, LCR, leverage ratio and asset encumbrance.

The core focus of the role will include:

  • Providing analysis of prudential policy documents impacting reporting and work alongside the London office to manage liquidity and capital monitoring metrics.
  • Maintaining documentation including procedures and policies for reporting and the preparation of daily risk reports circulated to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as an advisor to the Senior Management team with variance and related queries on returns and daily requirement.

The role-holder will bringing extensive prudential regulatory reporting and project management experience to this new opportunity. Extensive experience in planning and managing a team with a varied and complex delivery schedule with extensive knowledge of risk reporting under the relevant regulatory requirement is desirable.
