Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for providing efficient and high quality advisory services direct to employees. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources SIM Europe, based in Luxembourg, the HR Advisor will be responsible to manage all HR operational activities in the country.
The above involves independent interactions with external stakeholders.

What you'll do
1/ HR Administration
  • Payroll management:
    • Data collection, interaction with the local payroll provider.
    • Control before the final production of pay-slips . Approval and release of the monthly pay-slips & payment.
    • Manage all social and fiscal tax contributions along with with the payroll provider.
  • Tight handling of the benefits schemes with the different providers and brokers
  • Leaves of absences management and follow-up of relevant actions.
  • Support HR Business Partners and the Compensation Team during the Year End Compensation process
  • Support in the salary populating survey
  • Production of HR metrics, including KPIs and various monthly reports and statistics.

2/ Employee lifecycle
  • Management of the query handling with the support of the HR function: resourcing, induction..
  • Support in the implementation of HR initiatives, processes and tools
  • Monitoring of the working time policy, of the well-being intiatives.
  • Responsible of the training program for each entity (including delivery of specific program modules): budget, implementation & monitoring of the training plan.
  • Development of HR policies in line with the Group's model.
  • Ad hoc projects that enhance the contribution of HR to the company strategy.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience of 5 years in a HR environment, ideally from the financial sector.
  • Excellent MS Office skills combined with a strong interested in HRIS
  • Good handling of French employment laws
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and written skills
  • Ability to explain relatively involved concepts in a clear and concise manner to others within the organisation
  • Necessity to work with confidentiality & independently
  • The ability to promote a positive and professional imagel
  • A good sense of judgement in dealing with staff queries
  • Strong numeric and accuracy skills
