Key accountabilities:

Client Service team is, alongside with sales team, one of the main interface with clients in all aspects of the client relationship.
Client Service plays a key role in our philosophy of service excellence and maximizing client satisfaction.
In a context  of highest service expectations from clients, deep transformation of clients environnement, and regulatory changes affecting client relationship the client service specialist will support day to day activity and projects aiming at improving client satisfaction, service offer, and security conditions

-  Manage client queries and interactions with clients in accordance with Client Service standard of excellence, and regulatory/internal policies :

Coordinate client transitions process (take-on/off, changes)
Coordinate and deliver high quality reporting service (from definition and mapping of client needs until dissemination and follow up queries)
Professional handling of client queries and communication with clients

- Contribute to client data administration process : contribute to client data into AXA IM referentials, and maintain dataquality
- Participate to local or global inititatives impacting clients (service enhancements/new service, internal processes and tools enhancements, implementation of regulatory changes,...)
- Perform others tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Role Requirement:

- First relevant experience in Finance
- Good knowledge of Asset Management industry

Technical Skills
- Detailed understanding of the local business/clients and its specific business requirements
- Strong Project Management skills in a cross border set up
- Good understanding of investment and post investment operational processes
- Experience in streamlining reporting and communications processes and procedures
- Relevant written and verbal language skills in French language and English

Personal competencies
- Team orientation-take an interest in and contribute to the work of the team, and liaise where appropriate with other groups
- Excellent communication skills (diplomacy, tact combined with goal orientation)
- Negotiation Skills in relation to project management;
