Client Service team in Paris is, alongside with sales team, one of the main interface with clients in all aspects of the client relationship. 
Client Service plays a key role in our philosophy of service excellence and maximizing client satisfaction.

In a context of highest service expectations from clients, deep transformation of client’s environnement and regulatory changes, the junior client service specialist will support day to day activity and projects aiming at improving client satisfaction and service offer. In particular she/he will be in charge of the following tasks :

• Support client service specialists in managing client queries and interactions with clients in accordance with Client Service code of conduct and regulatory/internal policies, in particular for a scope of non French clients

• Manage client data administration process : contribute to client data into AXA IM systems and maintain client dataquality

• Participate to local or global inititatives (service enhancements/new service, internal processes and tools enhancements, implementation of regulatory changes,...) 

• Contribute to maintain a high quality of dialogue with internal and external contributors to the client service 

• Perform others tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
 

Job requirements:

Experience
• Graduate from a Business school or University, specializing in finance
• First relevant experience in Finance and good knowledge of Asset Management industry

Technical Skills
• English : native language ; French : fluent
• Strong interest in project management in a cross border set up
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack

• Strong team orientation - take an interest in and contribute to the work of the team, and liaise where appropriate with other groups
• Excellent communication skills 
• Rigourous
