Chargé(e) de projet Marketing / Communication (H/F)

As part of the Marketing Team you will provide support across all marketing channels and have the opportunity to work on projects that build brand awareness, generate leads and reinforce Murex’s leadership position in the financial technology industry. We are seeking a motivated team player to join our dynamic international team, ideally with a first experience within the startup, fintech, banking, finance, consulting or technology sectors.


Responsibilities:
• External communication - Develop and update high-impact communications in English including presentations, marketing materials, website content, social media posts, press releases, and thought leadership materials
• Lead Generation – Assist in the development and execution of CRM and lead generation campaigns leveraging marketing automation system
• Digital marketing – Update and create content for digital channels
• Social media – Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and content calendar
• Partner marketing – Collaborate with partner firms to produce co-branded content and events
• Internal Communication – Contribute to internal communications, newsletters, announcements, intranet sites to keep the organization updated on marketing initiatives
• Desktop publishing – Create customer-ready slides, update marketing flyers, develop email campaigns
• Analysis and Tracking – Analyze ROI on marketing activities and across digital channels to help steer marketing plans and strategy
• Marketing Planning – Assist with competitive landscape analysis and benchmarking studies against industry peers


Profile:
• BA / MA in Marketing, Communication, Finance or related field
• From 2 to 5 years’ experience in a marketing role in the financial, insurance or technology sectors preferred
• Strong interest in financial markets and technology
• Excellent level of written English, including editing and proof reading
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are achieved
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced international environment
• Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Proficient in Adobe and HTML preferred
• Native English speaker, fluency in French or an additional language is a plus
