This creates exciting and challenging opportunities for Saxo Bank, and to help capture these we are looking to expand the Business Management team in our local offices with strong Business Analysts and Project managers. Business Management, anchored in the COO organization, facilitates the execution of Saxo Bank strategy and oversees the Saxo Banks portfolio of projects.
As a Business Analyst, you become part of a diverse team of highly skilled and experienced professionals and part of the Saxonian family of 1500+ globally. You will have the opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a leader in global financial markets by driving strategic and operational projects.
You will be exposed to the full value chain of Saxo Bank, both in headquarters which houses +40 nationalities and your and will be responsible for managing stakeholder and workgroups abroad and locally.
The work environment is open and highly dynamic, which enables rapid decision making and delivery. Saxo Bank has technology at the core of every service and product, and you will get to work closely with technologists as well as business professionals.
Saxo Bank is a facilitator of global financial markets, and services direct clients as well as a large number of white label partners who rely on Saxo Banks technology, brokerage and custodial services to service their clients. White label business is a key growth area for Saxo Bank and you will have the opportunity to drive analysis and projects to integrate and develop such partnerships.
You will become part of the regional business management team which is located decentralised in each country office and anchored in HQ in Denmark. Your focus will be on business analysis and driving projects that supports the local business in close cooperation with local stakeholders and HQ. The nature of your tasks will be ranging from operational analyses and documentation to longer term strategic project work. You will report to the Head of Regional Business Management in Denmark.
Being located in Paris you will act as the ambassador for Business Management in your region and operate in line with Saxo Bank’s strategy execution plan and ensure initiatives align with and contribute to the overall strategy. You will also function as an important information bridge between the local office and Business Management in HQ.
To succeed in this role you need to be an extrovert, proactive, result-oriented and have a commercial mind-set, as well as be motivated by structuring the unstructured.
- You have 3+ years’ experience with business analysis and project management in financial services, consultancy experience will be a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of financial markets.
- You have experience with several of the following equities, fixed income, forex, derivatives, funds, life insurance and tax wrappers.
- You have experience with front, middle and back office systems.
- You are a strong communicator and your English is excellent, both verbal and written.
- You hold a bachelor degree or higher.
