The Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of core applications in operation
• Trouble shooting, root cause analysis and customer relationship management
• Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions
• Perform production support activities within the specified SLAs
• Production environment monitoring and improvement
• Complex issue fixing, system enhancement and resolution
• Coordinate with other Teams to successfully deploy the production changes
• Assist on change management
• Assist on stakeholder management and attend key discussions
• Support Infra and application risk assessment and propose solutions
• Process control and improvement to align with Bank standards

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in application support, development and relative experience
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
• Experience in Configuration and Release Management
• High principle of process control and risk control
• Good knowledge of IT infra
• Good at problem resolution and performance improvement
• Good skill of database (SQL Server) and Software development (.Net / Java)
• Good teamwork and mindset of leadership
• Good English oral and writing
• Experience in Network Security is plus
• Experience with ITIL methodology & technology is plus
• Good knowledge of banking business is plus
• CI/CD & DevObs are plus
• To be worked under high pressure
