We are seeking an experienced US Equity Trader to act as the core execution lead for cross‑border US investment strategies. You will handle full‑lifecycle trade execution, TRS (Total Return Swap) operations, compliance & risk control, and cross‑team collaboration to optimise execution cost for investment portfolios.

1. Execute trading orders from investment teams across global markets for equities, derivatives and futures; monitor real‑time market liquidity, control slippage and execution cost.
2. Own end‑to‑end TRS operations: counterparty onboarding, pricing, collateral & margin management, cost optimisation and annual TRS cost improvement.
3. Strictly follow US market rules and internal compliance requirements; pre‑trade risk checks, position monitoring, post‑trade record‑keeping and regulatory reporting.
4. Collaborate closely with research, portfolio and finance teams; produce execution analysis reports and support investment decision‑making.

1. Minimum 3 years full‑time US equity trading experience. Hands‑on TRS execution experience or SFC Type 9 licensed institution background is highly preferred. SFC Paper 1 / Paper 19 qualification is a plus; CFA / FRM is desirable.
2. Solid knowledge of US market trading rules, SEC/FINRA regulations; proficient in algorithmic trading (VWAP/TWAP), block trade and stress‑scenario order handling.
3. Deep understanding of Total Return Swap (TRS) workflow, collateral management, cost calculation and counterparty engagement.
4. Familiar with SFC Type‑9 regulatory compliance, pre‑/post‑trade risk control and audit‑ready trade documentation.
5. Fluent English for daily counterparty communication. Comfortable with US market night‑shift working hours.
6. Clean record: no regulatory sanctions, market ban or adverse employment history.

We are looking for a US Equity Research Analyst focusing on US‑Tech or US‑Consumer sector. You will conduct in‑depth fundamental research on US stocks, build investment frameworks, track portfolio holdings and deliver actionable research insights for portfolio managers.

1. Conduct deep‑dive fundamental research on US equities, identify value‑driven investment ideas and produce research reports.
2. Support investment team management and build the idea‑sourcing & deal‑pipeline system.
3. Monitor and follow stocks within the fund portfolio.
4. Specialise in either US Technology (Software / Hardware) or US Consumer sector.
5. Complete ad‑hoc tasks assigned by portfolio managers.

1. Minimum 5 years full‑time US equity research experience, covering Tech or Consumer sectors; solid knowledge of US market trading rules and full investment cycle.
2. Adopt value‑driven investment philosophy; capable of independent stock research, valuation modelling and developing proprietary research methodology for target sector.
3. Cross‑market research capability; proven experience translating research into investment decisions.
4. Fluent English (working language).
