Our client is an established international bank with a strong footprint in Asia, looking to hire a Senior client facing role for a highly experienced individual contributor.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • New sales wins and revenue growth and retention within a predefined portfolio of US Multinational Companies in the GCB segment
  • Move the relationship bar up within the defined target market by demonstrating

Meaningful access to key decision makers/influencers Impactful dialogue showing value proposition Material & Growing relationship Effective pipeline and management Mandate wins in accordance to plan Strategic advisor to clients

  • Bring differentiation and improvement in customer satisfaction/delight and sales effectiveness through
  • Being viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert that adds value to the relationship
  • Bringing new ideas, innovative solutions and products to the clients
  • Delivering high quality & professional proposals and presentations within customer deadlines
  • Engaging the clients regularly to understand clients’ needs, potential challenges and changes to their business models or industry environment
  • A full and effective way of navigating the bank to comply and work within the prescribed bank process and procedures and how to get things done.
  • Working with corporate bank partners prepare and maintain account plans for key clients and establish a disciplined & timely process for review and action against the plans.
  • Maintain strong and open internal dialogue with client managers, product partners and country/regional/global teams to the benefit of the clients.

 

Requirements

  • Essential
    • Relevant sales or relationship management experience with a top tier international bank
    • Relevant cash and trade finance product experience within a top tier international bank
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
    • Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
    • Expected to be an effective team player – not just inwardly focused on self-achievements or individual results
    • Ability to work independently and in a disciplined manner

 

  • Preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree education minimally
    • Technology experience
    • Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions
    • Knowledge of tax and regulatory environments in the country
