Currently looking for two Leasing Leaders (Head of Retail & Head of Office) for a development they have purchased in Shanghai with a retail podium and five new office towers to ensure the property is fully leased out, both office and retail, marketed to ensure the best publicity, and managed to the highest standards our client requires.

This role will report in to Hong Kong APAC HQ and will lead to further acquisition management. Head of Leasing for Retail and Office could be two roles on a combined role.

Overview of an ideal candidate and the role's responsibilities:

  • Willingness to base in Shanghai with established and wealth of connections around the Chinese Market;
  • Over 10 years' experience in developent and implementation of leasing strategies within the retail/office capacity and out of which at least 5 years at a senior management level

Responsibilities;

  • Review the portfolio and financials for opportunities to upgrade tenancy and rental terms;
  • Identify leasing prospects via building/maintaining relationships with tenants and leasing agencies;
  • Budget and forecast rental income to maximize revenue and evaluate retailers' performance;
  • Work closely with internal partners to execute the property's goals and vision including Marketing, Public relations, Branding and Property Management;
  • Provide leadership across the leasing capacity.
