Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Trade Products ( LCs/LGs) structuring, sales/origination, deals implementation  
  • Ongoing communication with corporate customers on various services and products
  • Client Opportunity Planning together with Relationship Management
  • Understand key risks and associated control points on the transaction lifecycle
  • Promote a control culture to ensure the team accurately captures all transactions into the risk management and processing systems
  • Existing products customization and set up of new one following business case approval
  • End to end trade life cycle management
  • To ensure competitive Trade Products (LCs/LGs) range
  • Accountability for Trade Products (LCs/LGs) P&L
  • Products cross sell within VTB network
  • Work with other Products & Sales teams and with key stakeholders at HQ level to ensure connectivity and in identifying opportunities
  • Maintain working relationships and ensure alignment with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery
  • Lead complex or sensitive client/product situations
  • Ensure full compliance with Global policies and procedures

Major requirements and skills:

  • Banking and Finance, Bachelor/MBA Degree, strong academic qualifications
  • Fundamental knowledge of Trade Products (LCs/LGs) and Receivable Finance
  • Banking industry experience, minimum 5 years in Trade Products (LCs/LGs)
  • Numerical aptitude, ability to use various data base systems, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thought process
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills
  • Stress Tolerant
  • Result driven.
  • Excellent communication / relationship skills
  • Fluent English/Chinese language, Russian is an advantage
