Finance Specialist
An opportunity has become available for you to join our dynamic and fast paced environment within our Finance team in Shanghai.

Using your existing knowledge and understanding of finance and tax, you will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders, staff and clients to provide financial control and tax compliance for our Commodities and Global Markets and other businesses in China. Working closely with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities, you will also be responsible for China financial reporting and tax filing including but not limited to VAT, CIT, withholding taxes and stamp duty. You will assist with financial accounting and taxation tasks and prepare monthly internal and external deliverables, including assisting with daily accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, audits and all kinds of tax filing and reconciliation.

You must have more than 5 years of accounting and tax experience, preferably with a 'big 4' audit background or from investment banking, commodities, funds, securities or the investment industry. Familiarity with financial accounting for both PRC GAAP and IFRS would be strongly preferred. You must have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. You will be an individual contributor and should have proven hands-on experience, and be very diligent, patient and detail oriented.
