Evidence Lab Innovations Customer Support

Your role
• Support clients with the use of the new UBS Evidence Lab Innovations client portal
• Support clients on the use of the hundreds of UBS Evidence Lab Innovations data assets available within the portal
• Triage client questions to the relevant UBS Evidence Lab Innovations SMEs
• Create documentation to scale the support operations
• Advise product teams on product improvements based on client questions
• Work with the sales team to scale the customer service offering further
• Hire new customer service personnel when opportunities arise

Your team
As a member of the Customer support team, you will work in partnership with Evidence Lab teammates in a fast paced problem solving environment.
You will be in the front line of customer support experience, and your day to day responsibilities can be as varied as responding to UBS's global customer base regarding inquiries on the UBS Evidence Lab Innovations portal or related data assets, triaging challenging questions with your global partners, assisting in creating and updating documentation as processes and best-in-class practices evolve, or working with technology partners resolving issues related to accessing UBS Evidence Lab Innovations data assets.
You will be the first in the role and will be relied upon to be an independent thinker with a strong entrepreneurial attitudes allied to very strong organizational skills and aptitude.
We will comprehensively train you in all aspects of UBS Evidence Lab Innovations including the many different data assets, processes used to create them and client types and expectations.
