Position: BD Executive

Job Duties:

  • Acquire and manage direct employer clients located in Mainland China
  • Identify and initiate contact with potential customers; manage on-going relationship - telephone; meeting; presentations; direct marketing; events; product training; market mapping/database build and management
  • Actively contribute to the strategy for expansion into China

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or 1 - 3 years sales in a cold call /client facing / KPI driven environment
  • Solid knowledge of HR service industry, familiar with talent management and talent assessment tools or methods
  • Hands on experience in selling to corporate client
  • Good understanding of the sales process and its stages (opening statement; objection handling; disengagement; close…etc)
  • Energetic/ enthusiastic, with “start – up” attitude/approach
  • Willing to learn/ take instructions, confident in facing clients and dealing with different levels of seniority
  • Good comment of English and Mandarin
