Who we are looking for:
A strong and self-motivated Business Analysis for Regulatory Reporting, who will focus on analysis work on requirements from different APAC Regulators (ASIC, HKMA, MAS etc.), and mainly for Foreign Exchange business for State Street Global Markets.

What you will be responsible for:
As BA for Regulatory Reporting you will:
  • Learn regulatory requirement from industry
  • Communicate with different stakeholders with geographic difference.
  • Work with IT team and/or operation teams to implement system change or process change to fulfill requirement from business or regulators
  • Conduct UAT for new functional release
  • Identify problems from data, workflow and work out solution plan and implement
  • Retain motivation in learning business and technology knowledge
  • Hand on various derivative product in Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward, Swap, Option)
  • Hand on various transaction types and various activities behind trading (Valuation, Margin Exchange)
    What we value:

  • With experience on regulatory reporting related process
  • Experience on project management will be a plus
  • Experience on IT development lifecycle will be a plus
  • Adequate problem solving skill and experience
  • With a Can Do attitude and can work under pressure
    Education & Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • More than 4 years' experience from a financial service environment, including operation, project management, business analyst etc.
  • Excellent oral and written English skill
