Our client is a China-based healthcare services provider that operates a chain of private clinics specializing in traditional Chinese medicine. They are now seeking for a high caliber individual for the role of Financial Controller, for their expansion strategy.

Job Description

  1. Assist the chairman in formulating the company strategy and lead the IPO project;
  2. Coordinate financial management and internal control, formulate the company's capital operation plan, supervise and manage the budget plan and financial reports;
  3. Responsible for cash flow management, working capital and budget, corporate integration, etc.
  4. Involve in fundraising for the company's operations, and approve the company's major capital flows
  5. Handle the risk control for major investment projects and business activities
  6. Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities
  7. Monitor monthly financial reports, tax report filing and performance analysis for Group review. 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Minimum 5 years management experience in accounting/financing
  3. Good organisational and communication skills
  4. Good planning and analyzing skills
  5. Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code is required
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  7. Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunities
