Our client is a global investment firm with over US$500 billion in "Assets under Management" (AUM) and a very strong presence in the Greater China and APAC region. They are looking for a Senior hire for their Technology portfolio team to lead the investment strategy, deal selection, overall direction of their Greater China technology portfolio.
This role will work directly with the firm-level CIO to oversee the firm's entire TMT portfolio of the Greater China region.
Candidate requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with a top investor in the Greater China region and TMT sector
- Very significant experience in enhancing the investment strategy, performance, deal underwriting of existing and new investments in the Technology sector
- Strong fundamental knowledge of new developments in the Greater China technology ecosystem and how to leverage emerging technology into existing portfolio companies is strongly preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
