The base Beijing
The team A 12-member team with friendly atmosphere What you'll do • Manage cash position; • Act as an interface to investment companies and fund managers; • Verify data accuracy and completeness; • Process capital calls and distributions from investees and to investors; • Enter portfolio company data in system per investment reports; • Analyse and determine valuations of investees in system; • Ensure queries relating to fund valuations and reconciliation differences are promptly investigated and resolved; • Reconcile cash flows (capital calls, distributions, etc.) and portfolio positions monthly; • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements; • Communicate and coordinate with Fund Management team in Zurich; • Support projects / ad-hoc requests.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need • Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant discipline such as business, finance or accounting; • 1 to 5 years of experience in asset management companies or auditing experience with clients in financial industries; • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken; • Good analytical skills and a flair for scrutinizing financial figures; • Good level of technical skills.
