Associate Director, Special Situations Group – Macquarie Capital – Beijing

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Special Situations Group team in our Beijing office and be part of a dynamic and growing team. Macquarie Capital's Special Situations Business is a multi-asset class, multi-jurisdictional, specializing in investing across the capital structure. We originate, structure and invest in the higher-yielding segments of markets, including distressed assets. We also invest capital in growth companies and companies that cannot easily arrange funds from traditional sources.

Reporting to the Managing Director of the business in Beijing you will be involved in focusing on execution including research, screening and analysis, modeling, valuation and due diligence.

If you have 8+ years of experience in banking, accounting, legal or consulting with good understanding of credit analysis, loan restructuring, valuation, property investment, lending and asset management, we would love to hear from you.
