We are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Analyst to join our Equity Capital Solutions team in Beijing.

Duties:

  • Work alongside senior ECM originators and sector coverage bankers to execute deals
  • Perform PN21 due diligence on issuers, help preparing/reviewing listing documents (including but not limited to prospectus and forms submitted to HKEx/SFC)
  • Financial modeling
  • Conduct company specific analysis on market capacity
  • Analyze and assess business opportunities with prospective transactions.
  • Review and prepare pitch books and proposals
  • Prepare presentations for clients in pitching and marketing meetings

Key skills and knowledge areas required:
  • Have ~3 years of investment banking experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or M&A
  • Experiences of HK listing sponsor due diligence, familiar with listing rules related matters
  • Have solid knowledge in finance and accounting
  • Attention to detail and good execution skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Possess strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Native in Mandarin
