Senior Account Manager

London Stock Exchange Group São Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and sales activities across a portfolio of transactional customer accounts.
  • Understand the sales cycle and acquire detailed knowledge to effectively support assigned accounts.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce, ensure completion of all client administrative tasks, and collaborate with Customer Operations for deal execution and support.
  • Achieve at least average customer loyalty and satisfaction scores.
  • Engage proactively with clients and vendor partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding, following defined processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Develop and complete Territory Plans to guide account strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, domain, and target personas
Qualifications
  • Experience in account management or sales support roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
