Deloitte HR Outsourcing provides a spectrum of HR solutions, ranging from the provision of Human Resources specialists on a temporary basis to supplying fully outsourced HR departments on long-term contracts. From our 11 offices, we anticipate in a flexible way to the needs of our clients which include both larger and smaller companies, as well as public and non-for-profit organizations. Deloitte HR Outsourcing assists its clients in various HR areas, including business partnering, recruitment, payroll and comp & ben, talent management, HR project assistance, etc..

As a recruitment professional you are called-in for several in house projects with the client in the area of recruitment, talent sourcing and employer branding, internal mobility, selection of candidates, contract negotiation and on-boarding. Assignments vary from filling out temporary recruitment needs in the HR department to a stable integration as an experienced recruiter in a specific operational unit;
Through your service attitude and proactive way of thinking, you help to actively build Deloitte as an expert service provider. Depending on your experiences, you will be able to lead in short or long term a team of junior consultants.

Your Profile
  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree, with a specialization or additional degree in Human Resources;
  • You have 2-6 years of professional experience as a recruiter or in a related area;
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software);
  • You have strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach;
  • You are a flexible and customer friendly personality, able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization;
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
