What does it entail?
OK, hold on tight...the ING cross-border Business Course is taking place from Thursday 22 to Friday 23 November in Brussels ánd Amsterdam. During these two action-packed days you can expect to be inspired by our Think Forward strategy, work on a number of challenging cases and get a real sense of our cross-border company culture by talking to senior managers and current trainees in two different countries .

At the end of the cross-border Business Course, you will not only have discovered what it's like to work at ING, but you'll also know all about your chosen International Talent Programme track: Wholesale Banking, Finance, IT, Retail Banking, Risk or HR.

But enough about us. What do we expect from you?
That you get plenty of sleep beforehand so that you arrive feeling fit, healthy and raring to go - because to stand out from the crowd during the cross-border Business Course you will need both intellectual and social skills. • Analytical with strategic insights and the ability to share your vision;
• Creative, customer-oriented and with a real ' can-do ' mentality;
• Quick to adapt to a complex, dynamic and international e nvironment;

Application deadline: Sunday 21 October 2018
Don ' t wait too long: the sooner you apply, the sooner you can get the selection process underway and the more time you will have to complete the online assessments and attend the interview.
