    Your role & work environment

    As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) you are passionate about our branch employees . Armed with insights into what they look for, the actions they perform and what they expect, you will design and construct "branch procedures" that ensure the best possible working environment for our branch employees from beginning to end..

    Our ING strategy keeps investing in our Branch Network and the different ING touch points.

    Your key responsibilities

  • To work closely together with colleagues with different expertise in self-steering teams, such as branch employees, Support teams, Business
  • To exercise freedom in defining the goals, resources and deadlines for each element you deliver as a team.
  • To deliver both minor and major improvements related to branch procedures for topics related to branch transformations (closure/make independent), safety and security, branch opening hours.
  • Full end to end responsibility for projects related to Safes (procedures, regulatory implementations), branch tooling (Digital Signature, Swing roll out).
  • Ensure our Branch Network is set and maintained at high standard, and improved where possible.
  • To understand the importance of continuous communication towards branch employees (via Quick News),within your team, with other teams and with stakeholders.

  • To manage the collaboration between multiple stakeholders and colleagues in other teams with the aim of creating even more added value for our customers. Get commitment of involved parties on the different priorities and solutions.

  • You make things happen thanks to your 'can-do' attitude with diligent respect for the (risk) processes. You can take ownership on a mission and show a high level of autonomy . You are capable to take decisions both on a tactical as on a strategic level. You can build trust;
  • Innovation & evolution is part of your DNA: you are interested in how our world (and customers) evolve, and translate this to concrete new ideas and projects;
  • You ideally have relevant experience in branch procedures
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French AND English.
  • You have an experience with project management/program management ideally with similar kind of projects.
  • You are able to influence and convince not only peers but also the stakeholders on different levels.
  • You are passionate about change and eager to push it forward
  • You are a strong communicator and can make complex things easy understandable
