F&R Consultant and Manager in Compliance for Financial Services

Your Role
As an employee of the Consulting workforce, you will work within an Accenture project team at client premises. You will take over delivery and team responsibility in various projects in financial services (Insurance, Banking, capital markets and risks).

The Finance & Risk practice team assists their clients in scoping, designing and/or implementing risk management solutions, adapting organizations to new regulatory requirements and to the compliance function transformation. In order to support the growth of our F&R practice in the compliance area, we are looking to recruit new collaborators (experts in operational risks, internal control, banking and insurance compliance, auditor profile, …)

Within multi-disciplinary teams, while working on hot topics for our clients, you will develop your functional or technical expertise to successfully support our clients in the challenges they face in the compliance area.

Examples of assignments:

  • Compliance diagnosis work
  • Compliance roadmap definition: identification and priorisation of regulatory, organisational or IT projects, …
  • Coordination and steering of compliance programs (at group/ business/local level)
  • Compliance function organizational diagnosis, Target Operating Model definition and progressive roll out plan
  • Support to selection and/or roll out plan of operational risks or non-compliance management tools
  • Processes documentation, risks cartography and internal control framework evaluation
  • Coordination and monitoring of recommendations (internal audit, national regulator…)

Basic qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Master in law, audit, compliance, business engineering or finance/risks
- First experience in financial services on compliance or operational risks topics covering the Banking or the Insurance industry (AML, KYC, Mifid, Fatca, Market Abuse, GDPR…) developed:
o at an audit or consulting firms
o at a bank or insurance company in internal audit or compliance function
- Excellent proficiency in English, Dutch and French are an asset
- Strong analytical skills and structure problem solving
- Team player
- Commercial spirit
- Result oriented
- Ability to deliver work on time with the required quality
- Willingness to travel
