Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide the consultancy on new credit product launch, enhancements to existing product offering, new Value-Added Services offerings to the card issuing customers of AFS. Detailed analysis and Solution design for the system changes on AFS Credit processing system – VisionPlus. Co-ordinating with all internal and external stakeholders

Supporting the external customers & AFS internal stakeholders during the development of changes, testing & Live system deployment meeting the agreed scope. Conducting workshop on the Credit processing system – VisionPlus features, usage and attending Client workshops with schemes/their vendors for requirement gathering.

Assisting the Client Relationship Management team on High Level Estimates, consultancy for Credit system offerings, feasibility of changes. Assisting the Customer service & BAU teams for different service tickets on Credit system working, functionality & features.

Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:

1. Consulting to the customer banks in advising the optimal solutions, to meet their business scenario, new requirements, AFS offered Value Added Services, Credit system capabilities
2. Requirement gathering with customers to avoid gaps in the understanding of business case
3. Assisting the CRM team on High Level Estimates, consultancy for Credit system offerings, feasibility of changes and re-prioritization of work queue to meet the expected timelines from customers
4. Detailed system analysis of the business requirements in co-ordination with internal AFS surround teams for optimal, cost-effective and time to market solution design
5. Assisting internal teams (VisionPlus Development, Application Support, EMV) in design walkthrough, technical design, clarifications to have the development in-line with the client requirement
6. Analysis & advise on the VisionPlus system capabilities through configurable parameters to Customer Service Team to avoid the customer complaints
7. Participation in UAT & Live implementation for credit system configurations
8. Conducting workshops for new customers on the VisionPlus system features, operational usage

Job Requirements:

Knowledge

• Credit Cards processing, VisionPlus System, Business Analysis, Digital Technologies, IBM Mainframes, COBOL, JCL, CICS, ISPF, TSO.

Education / Certifications

• Graduate

Experience

• 5 Years in technical analysis and solution design of which at least 3 years should be on IBM Mainframe.
• 3 years of hands on VisionPlus development.
