Job Purpose:                                                     

The Digital Experience UX CX Manager is responsible for designing and executing seamless digital customer experience in frames of the omnichannel strategy for the organization’s projects and service offerings. The role holder is responsible to deliver high conversion rates across digital channels and touchpoints.

Job Requirements                                                          

Education/Certifications:                                                            

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, communications, business, product management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred                                          

Experience:                                                       

  • A minimum of 8 years of digital marketing & design (CX/UX) experience from client side, digital agency, or bank or fintech side
  • Experience in (digital) payments, banking & financial services sector is a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:                                                   

  • Excellent technical abilities in digital design, visual programming, navigation interfaces & tools
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing principles, such as lead generation, recommendation engine, user journey optimization, conversion rate
  • Very good understanding of CX/UX, customer journey, digital customer experience, digital design, digital marketing
  • Knowledge of digital payments, banking is a plus
