We'll be looking for you to grow the business in your region by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We'll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through managing the end to end sales process for independents, including selling the complete product portfolio, including the whole agent implementation phase. You will also manage, motivate, coach and mentor Territory Sales Executives within the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.
We'll need you to have previous relevant experience in sales with a proven track record in exceeding targets. You'll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. You will have previous experience in leading a team, preferably in a field sales environment. We expect you to speak both German and English to business level, with additional fluency in another language of a country neighbouring Austria being advantageous . You need to have a valid driver's license.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum basic salary, which is EUR 58,420 gross per year for this position plus commission. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
