The Banking & Financial Services Partner & Vendor Management Office (PVMO) champions all aspects of the partner and vendor engagement and ongoing management lifecycle by directly supporting the business, providing insights and advice and collaborating across Macquarie from vendor sourcing to third party risk.

We're looking for a highly capable vendor manager who has a strong track record of working in high performing Vendor Management Functions.

In this role you will work to support a team of specialised Senior Vendor Managers providing insights, analysis and reporting on the strategic partner and vendor portfolio across Banking & Financial Services through to business stakeholders. Working with your colleagues to support the oversight of the third party risk framework and you will also support our ongoing review of partnering with third parties.

Key to this role will be providing support and training to our Partner and Vendor Managers therefore a continuously improvement mind set is highly desirable. This role is an exciting time to join Macquarie as we progress our digital transformation. We envisage for your to be successful, you'll have a track record of working with third parties and multiple stakeholders in vendor governance forums exhibiting empathy and excellent listening and communication skills in difficult situations. As a self-starter with a value-add mantra, your prior experience in managing competing deadlines and delivering outcomes within tight timeframes alongside a broader team is highly desirable, as is experience working in an agile environment.
