Team Lead - Python - Sydney
Job Summary: My client is looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Lead for their expanding head office in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing products used by both Risk and Trading divisions. You will be leading a team to build state-of-the-art, high-performance prop trading systems - being responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of these highly complex systems. Working closely with major stakeholders across Risk, Trading and Finance.

Requirements: - Expert in Python
- A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent architecture and design skills
- A willingness to transfer skills and learn new ones
- Financial experience desired but not required
