Tax Insights and Policy Consultant (L&D) - 9-12 months FTC
Your new company Top professional services business with a diverse range of solutions offered to a wide range of clients. They are looking for a new learning expert to support their tax division for a 9-12 month period.
Your new role As a Learning Consultant in the Tax Insights & Policy team, you will have a diverse workload and will carry out a mix of tasks for both the - Tax Technical team and the Learning Team. Including coordination of the Tax Internal Graduate Program and management of Team Sites and communication:
- Training arrangements and organisation, managing facilitators (timetables, due dates, materials), managing the learning and technical mailboxes, including replying to graduate emails
- Tax Internal Graduate Program subject instructions
- Saba maintenance of classes, course, curricula, attendance, and reporting
- Management of team website
- Creating/ updating eLearning (Articulate)
- Supervising exams
- Publication creation and communications
- Publishing and tagging of content on mobile app
- Coordinate and attendance at the monthly tax update training
- Coordination of the annual global training
- Project management and document management of Federal Budget
What you'll need to succeed Great attention to detail and understanding of learning coordination. Organisation skills and stakeholder management. Professional services experience highly preferred.
