Growing Australia Saas Brand seeking a TA Specialist - innovative, ambitious culture - hybrid working. Sydney. Your new company
A well established and ambitious software brand in Sydney with offices across the country and global expansion plans for 2022. 150 employees with a well established People & Culture team, strong EVP and flexible working.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of P&C and the Head of Talent, you will have full ownership of the talent and sourcing strategies for the business. You will manage a portfolio of technology and product related roles at various levels, as well as niche technical positions and corporate roles. You will have full autonomy in the end to sourcing using all the best innovative and cutting edge tools to find the best talent. You will manage the ATS, the EVP and social media, linkedin content for the business and coach line and hiring managers through a recruitment process, onboarding and advise on strategic hiring for the future. You will also get involved in talent related projects including D&I work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or consultant who has experience of internal recruitment and agency or purely internal. You will be passionate about strategic sourcing and talent pipelining, coaching and advising your client groups on the market and insights. You will be an experienced linkedin license recruiter and enjoy using these platforms to develop talent pools. In addition you will ideally have experience of recruiting into the Technology space but this is not essential. This is a consultative and strategic sourcing role and in a small TA team and wider HR team so you will enjoy working in smaller cultures versus a large corporate or high volume environment.

The offices are in the CBD for when working on site.
