Leading global technology organisation with head office for ANZ and APAC in Northern Sydney, are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor/Internal Recruiter to take on an autonomous role for a period of 12 months.
Your new role
Reporting to an HR Manager, this role has been created to support the wider Talent Acquisition team in managing and sourcing for their corporate functions. You will manage circa 20 lives roles and work closely with a diverse range of leaders and teams including Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Projects, Executive and Niche technical roles at senior level. You will have all the recruitment tools you need to source and talent pool. You will spend time sourcing and talent pooling, working closely with hiring managers and leaders of the business to ensure the best talent is found.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Internal Recruiter and ideally have experience managing a portfolio of corporate style roles and be able and happy to run a full 360 process for all positions. This is a fast paced recruitment focused role within a global Talent and HR team. Local experience is essential and experience in the tech and digital sector would also be appreciated. You will have experience of working with all the latest recruitment tools and be a seasoned Linkedin License user. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be delivery focused as well as a strategic thinker. This is a 12 month fixed term contract
What you'll get in return
This a full time position 12 month contract role to start ASAP. Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 base + super. Stunning relaxed offices, flexible working and Working From Home, make this role your own. North Ryde location close to public transport and parking but happy consider WFH options and flexibility.
