Service Desk Analyst - permanent $65 - $70k + Super - Sydney CBD - NFP
Your new company
This Not for Profit Organisation is based in the heart of Sydney CBD and is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in a permanent role. In this role you will work across Level 1 and 2 enquiries. This organisation encourages work life balance and would allow the successful candidate to work from home.

Your new role
As Service Desk Analyst you will support users with Level 1/2 technical issues, including Desktop. You will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service, along with using a ticketing system and doing support in person at customers desks. You will work in a small team, delivering Level 1&2nd level support to end users, which will include O365, Active Directory and password resets, Azure and Exchange. You will be highly experienced in troubleshooting across software and hardware.

What you'll need to succeed
  • To be a fit for this role you will have minimum 2 years experience in a Service Desk Analyst IT role
  • Preferably a degree or diploma in IT or computer science
  • The ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Have excellent customer service and be immediately available
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, Windows operating systems, O365, Exchange MS Servers 2012 and 2016
  • Azure Administration
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Desktop troubleshooting
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Windows OS and entire MS Office Suites
  • Experience in Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Exposure and moderate experience across cloud technologies, Azure
  • Excellent communication skills and confident to speak to stakeholders at all levels
  • Due to immediate start, only candidates immediately available will be considered
