Business Support & Firm Operations bring this to life by providing meaningful information and data to the business, while managing important supplier relationships and educating all staff on the effective use of technology and internal systems.
As a ServiceNow Technical Specialist in our DigiTech team your impact will be seen by:
- Providing guidance and technical expertise and support to Product Management team
- Creating positive and valuable experiences for our business units through mapping their needs to available ServiceNow features and functionality
- Communicating & keeping up to date on how new ServiceNow features can be most effectively utilised, and illustrate how they will impact our service teams productivity
- Building a strong cultural brand for DigiTech by harnessing your knowledge of ServiceNow
You have a background in tech support and are skilled in configuration and operational management of ServiceNow platforms, holding an understanding of how to deliver valuable customer experiences and manage senior stakeholders.
