How will I help?
As a Senior Marketing Support Analyst, working as part of the Consumer & Business Marketing Analytics (CBMA) team, you will support and advise marketing partners on their compliance and remediation initiatives through direct marketing and digital channels. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of data and drive efficiency, process improvement and automation. The role is critical in ensuring Westpac meets compliance and remediation responsibilities. This role will help drive growth within the CBMA team and influence other key areas in matters such as streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy and identifying areas of improvement.

Key responsibilities of this role will be analysing data for customer communications and understanding Westpac Group databases, data structures and core analytical procedures. In this role you will also identify opportunities for clients to leverage the capabilities of Data Analytics as well as providing recommendations or making improvements through greater standardisation, simplicity or automation of Data or Campaign processes. In addition, you will build strong relationships with key clients such as Marketing Stakeholders, Internal Business Process Analysts and the Data Quality Team and provide analytical support to other team members.

What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you will need to have in depth knowledge of the Banking & Finance industry and have had similar experience in an analytics role. In addition, you have had exposure to Direct Marketing or Lead Management and customer targeting. You will need to be proficient in most MS Applications as well as have advanced SQL skills. Experience working with Teradata and campaign management software will be advantageous. You will also need to have good working relationships with the Marketing team and other key stakeholders.
