How will I help?
The 2nd Line Risk Assurance team is accountable for preparing and delivering the annual assurance plan as approved by the Chief Risk Officer, Risk. The plan must comply with Group Assurance Coverage Standards which applies to SOX, Prudential, Operational Risk, Compliance and Project domains.
As the Senior Manager Change Assurance
you will be part of the team responsible for the development and implementation of 2nd line Assurance methodologies, training, and quality frameworks in relation to Program Assurance for Delivery Risk and Delivered Risk.
You will actively influence improvements in program governance and change management practices to ensure risk and compliance impacts are adequately considered and testing is in place.
What will I be doing day to day?
You will Lead Risk Assurance reviews for cross divisional programs - collaborating with stakeholders to ensure planning, fieldwork, and reporting is optimised and conclusions are adequately supported by evidence.
You will Influence enterprise leaders to embed risk monitoring & control practices and drive standards (e.g. use of Holocentric and Modelpedia, and transition of project risk, compliance, and control data into the Group's Risk and Compliance systems).
Key to your success will be developing and maintain key relationships with Risk and Compliance SMEs to General Manager level to achieve a coordinated and integrated programme of assurance.

What do I need?
You will be a seasoned risk professional at the top of your game with at least 7 years advanced experience in financial services and/or assurance knowledge.
Its essential you have all relevant industry and other professional qualifications, e.g. CA, CISA, CIA, CFA, FRM, MBA and Big4 or professional assurance experience is highly desirable.
