Senior Manager Governance role in Financial Crime

Your new role
The Senior Manager Governance is responsible for co-coordinating all Financial Crime Governance, coordination and support for all Governance Forums that Senior Leaders attend. Establishing a consistent reporting standard, including quality and process, as well as managing the relationships between key vendors and stakeholders and supporting the day-to-day operations.
  • The role will co-ordinate, manage and run the Financial Crime Operations Committee
  • You will also track and update all actions assigned to the business unit from the various Governance Forum's attended
  • Collecting all necessary material and data input, including consultation, commentary and feedback, leading to the production of different metric reporting.
  • You will be directly responsible and accountable for delivery and coordination of effort across a range of senior stakeholders relating to senior periodic reporting.
  • Accountable for the preparation, collation, and facilitation of Financial Crime Group level Reporting. Includes sourcing accurate, quality information and commentary from the business
  • Responsible for ensuring all Financial Crime Remediation items are appropriately documented, tracked and updated with relevant commentary at least monthly.
  • Responsible for co-ordination (including the agenda, collation of packs and updating action items) and attending other Governance Forums as required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, business, law or a relevant discipline
  • Legal, Risk or Compliance background
  • Experience in Risk or Governance Leadership
  • Production of complex risk reporting
  • High Attention to detail
  • Working to multiple deadlines
