Senior Manager CSN Test Lab & Release Assurance
- Lead an end-to-end testing and release assurance capability that helps ensure change across branch, ATM and related Customer Service Network experiences is ready for customers and frontline teams.

Do Work That Matters
This role is responsible for leading the CSN Test Lab capability and providing robust end-to-end testing services across branch, ATM and related CSN change. You'll oversee planning, execution, environment readiness, defect governance and release assurance so systems, platforms and initiatives are validated effectively before release. In doing so, you'll help create a consistent, controlled testing environment that builds confidence in change delivery while reducing customer and operational risk.

- Leading the CSN Test Lab strategy, operating model and delivery standards.
- Establishing and maintaining testing frameworks, methodologies and quality assurance practices across CSN initiatives.
- Overseeing end-to-end testing activity, including planning, execution, defect management, evidence capture and reporting.
- Ensuring branch, ATM and related channel changes are tested appropriately before release.
- Providing governance and oversight of testing quality, with strong adherence to risk, compliance and control requirements.
- Partnering with Technology, Delivery and business teams to embed testing earlier in the change lifecycle through a practical shift-left approach.
- Managing test environments, tools and test data to support reliable validation and repeatable assurance.
- Delivering clear readiness reporting on quality, risks and release confidence for stakeholders across the business.

Bring deep testing leadership experience and know how to build practical, scalable assurance approaches in complex environments. You'll combine strong delivery discipline with stakeholder influence, risk awareness and a focus on improving outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business.
- Have expert capability in test management and delivery.
- Bring advanced experience in release assurance and quality assurance frameworks.
- Have strong defect management and environment management experience.
- Understand governance, control frameworks and how to achieve better risk outcomes.
- Can lead change delivery and implementation across multiple stakeholders and streams of work.
- Use data analysis and reporting to provide transparent readiness and quality insights.
- Build trusted relationships and influence across Technology, Delivery, Operations, Risk and business teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
